ACTIVITIES BUILDING RENTAL PROCEDURES
As a general policy the use of our Activities Building is available for non-profit groups and members in good standing of the VHC. Effective 1/2024 VHC no longer offers members of the public the option to rent out the social hall or meeting spaces. The majority of the events that occur in our building are fundraising activities for the Fire Company or the Auxiliary. Please understand that our events take priority over all other requests.

Once you have received approval from one of the above, you will be required to complete the appropriate contract and provide the necessary deposit to reserve your date. The links below provides two separate contracts (Nonprofit use and Members Only).
